The Kingston Theatre Organ Society (KTOS) is thrilled to present Dave Wickerham live in concert on Friday, November 8th, 2024 at 89 Kirkpatrick St., Kingston, ON. Known for his exceptional talent and love for Kingston’s Theatre Organ, Dave will once again take the stage to delight audiences with a diverse and captivating musical program.
As one of the world’s top theatre organists, Dave Wickerham brings Kingston’s theatre organ—Canada’s Largest Theatre Pipe Organ—to life. Originally built in 1928 by the Chicago Kimball Pipe Organ factory for the State Theatre in Youngstown, Ohio, this historic instrument fills the venue with a rich, melodious sound like no other.
Expect a performance filled with a mix of timeless classics and contemporary hits. Dave’s concerts are interactive, with the second half of the show based on audience requests gathered during intermission, making each performance unique and engaging. While the organ is housed in a church, the program is not strictly religious, ensuring a diverse selection for all music lovers.
