If you’re wanting to celebrate Victory Day this year, the best place to do it in Kingston is Lake Ontario Park.
It’s an event that goes all day and will have free entertainment, plus the splash pad is there. For the kids there’ll be face painting as well as balloon twisting(both of these go until 5pm), an the Martello Alley Artists will be there offering up a good mix of craft activities. This also goes until 5pm.
There’ll be a castle maze as well as inflatable games. Bring your dog along(on a leash, for $5) to try out the Dog Lover Days Canine Lure Course which sounds fun. Both of these go until 7pm.
And if you’re hungry there’ll be food trucks around there from 11am until 9:30pm with a great variety of food.
It all ends with the grand finale – Fireworks at 9:30pm. Don’t miss it!
