Every Saturday at Breakwater Park, there is a parkrun in Kingston.
It’s a free timed run, and is 5km long. The course is two loops of the park. The exact meeting location is the picnic table at the end of King St. W. x Lower University Ave.
It takes place at 9am. First-time participants should meet at 8:50 AM and everyone else at 8:55 AM.
You will have to register prior to your first parkrun and you will either need to display your barcode on a device or bring a printed copy of your barcode so they can track your time.
They also grab a post run coffee at the Juniper Cafe (370 King St. W.).
