Divorce for a family can be hard, and families face many challenges during the fallout of a divorce.
In partnership with CEBRIC and St. Lawrence College is the event Restructuring After Divorce which is exactly what it sounds like. It’s 11 free weekly sessions which are available to divorced parents as well as their children. It can help them through all of the challenges that will follow, as well as teaching behavioral skills to manage those challenges.
Participation is voluntary and all information is kept confidential.
