Get ready to CRUSH IT at Kingston’s most thrilling obstacle race! Cannonball Crush, presented by Subaru of Kingston, returns to the iconic Fort Henry with an electrifying new format for 2025—including the event’s first-ever Teen Division!

🚨 What’s New This Year?
Teens (13–17): Take on a 3.5-km course packed with 15+ adrenaline-pumping obstacles
Adults (18+): Conquer the classic 5-km route with 20 obstacles, including five brand-new challenges
All Racers: Experience the thrill of racing through Fort Henry’s historic terrain in a high-energy atmosphere built for all fitness levels
“Fort Henry is excited to welcome teen racers,” says Iain Bell, Acting Supervisor, Product Enrichment. “It’s a fun, supportive way for young athletes to push their limits and experience Fort Henry in an unforgettable way.” Teen participants also receive free admission to Fort Henry’s historic programming.
